At CDS, we feel drywall is one of the most important parts of your home. That is why through our whole process we take every step to make sure your project is not only flawless, but the heighst quality and constructed to last as well.
When we hang drywall, we secure everything with lots of glue and only screws (never use nails). After the hang, we dispose of all scrap materials.
Before the finishing phase, we protect every floor, shower, window, and threshold with rosin paper. Before we start taping, we pre-fill every joint and corner solid with Dura-Bond. After tape coat we apply a three coat finish. On all smooth finish ceilings and well sunlit walls we apply a level five finish, which ensures every job is flawless. We all offer all custom textures.
After we are done sanding we remove all rosin material, sweep and vacuum, leaving your project spotless.
When CDS is hired to prime the project, we use Sherwin Williams premium latex primer. It is applied with a sprayer and two back rollers.
CDS also installs grid, or 'drop,' ceilings. All materials we use are manufactured from United States Gypsum, which is the only company that offers a full manufactured warranty.
